Reason for objection:

Objection. This site was previously refused as a single storey studio apartment because of inter alia poor residential amenity. A 2 storey 2 bed unit is now proposed of very boxy design, which is at odds with the character & appearance of the CA even if partially hidden from the public realm. Outdoor amenity space remains very poor, which is exacerbated by the increased size of the proposed unit.
