No objection to revised application due to no impact to street scene. Comments on bulk and size remain the same.

Reason:

This building is situated in a backfill location, behind a large Victorian Villa. The proposed development does not impact on the street scene and represents an improvement to a building currently in some disrepair.
However, the proposal constitutes a doubling in size of the property and this may adversely impact on neighbouring houses
