Reason for objection:

The annexe will look quite poor and nor would it be in keeping with the CA. It is proposed to be rendered on 3 sides, with brick slips on the front. Better to maintain render or brickwork all round.
Furthermore there is a distinct, lack of information ie:- render colour, tiles material and colour, window and sliding patio doors, frame material and colour, roof lights, frame material and colour, brick slips- colour? No guttering shown.
Reconsideration of facing materials, and re- submission recommended.
Any approval conditional on material samples.
