Reason:

Lack of detail. We appraised the previous PA (20/02421) for this property as lacking detail & note that it was refused by officers on a couple of technicalities (cf evidence of prior office usage, off street parking). Our main concerns, however, are with the outward appearance of the building, which is a prominent feature of CA24. In particular, it is disappointing that details of eg the external rendering & new double glazed windows to the first floor have still not been provided with the PA.
