Reason for objection:

We do not object to the rear extension however the roofing material should be a more robust and longer lasting materials appropriate for use in the CA.

We object the roof lights on the front elevation due to the visual harm they will cause to the views along the streetscape, particularly wihtin this section of Browns Road. If, however the council are minded to approve, then there should be no more than two rooflights which should be flush with the roof and not project from it.
