Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below. We are not opposed in principle to the rear extension but consider the depth of the enlarged ground floor plan in this PA to be excessive & not in strict accordance with RBK policy guidance. The latter states that rear extensions should not normally be more than 3-3.5m in depth whereas this proposal is 5m. Although on a relatively generous plot, at 5m this extension would protrude 1.5m more than its attached pair & if not curtailed should be refused.
