Objection unless revised as below.
This applicant has been in breach of the LPA’s planning controls for some time. Whilst the removal of the plastic fascia signage & replacement with individually cut powder-coated aluminium lettering is welcome, we do not support the internal back-lighting of the proposed ‘bottle cap’ or hanging sign - if illumination of it is absolutely necessary (in line with the LPA’s revised guidance on development in conservation areas ‘CAGG’ we do not believe it is) then this should be by discreet low emission LED spot lighting.
