Reason:

We objected to the faux pilasters etc in our response to 22/02735 sent on 14 Sept as they do not match this building’s original character & appearance at all. Officers then clarified that PA was only in respect of new signage, which we did not object to & was duly approved. 22/02734 (awnings, pilasters, lighting & other adornments) was then approved by officers soon after, before the CAAC had an opportunity to reiterate its objections to it. A frustrating outcome.
