Reason for objection:

No objection. See comments on 23/00303.

The two neighbouring properties to the north already have piggy back roof extensions. Subject to the proposed sky lights in PA 23/00304 being of conservation type, these plans should not detract from the character & appearance of the CA.

However, drawings show materials will be brick to match existing but the Design and Access Statement indicates render to match existing. Our approval is subject to a brick finish. Furthermore materials for fenestration changes are not specified and must be in keeping with the Victorian architecture of the building.
