Reason:

No objection. The developers have consulted the Planning Department of RBK and on their advice consulted residents who agree with the proposed extensions and alterations. The three houses are currently in a very dilapidated state and the work to be undertaken should bring them back into residential use and so enhance the appearance of the conservation area.

However the proposed north elevation is unclear and and it appears that some existing detail is being lost, for example around the doors. Confirmation should be sought as to exactly what is being proposed.
