Reason:

This property has been the subject of numerous variations to planning conditions over the last few years & taken up a disproportionate amount of KTN CAAC's time. The practice of this applicant pushing the planning envelope & requesting/ making constant changes to approved designs should be discouraged in future.

The latest proposed changes here are considered acceptable overall even if some of the new finishes e.g. to the colour of exterior pipework (white to black) & ridge tile material (concrete rather than slate) are less than ideal.
