Reason:
The proposed changes to the second floor east wall and south windows and balcony will improve the internal layout of the flats but a the cost of slightly reducing daylight to the path below (King's Passage). It is regrettable that these changes have already been made by the builders without permission, but we nevertheless feel they are an improvement.
