Reason:

No objection. We are aware the preceding PA by this applicant property (21/03567) was refused by officers because of poor quality materials (mainly PVC-U) & a subjective assessment of the design (‘contrived/ discordant’). CAAC did not object then, but queried the inclusion of glazing on the boundary wall. Although materials have now been improved the glazed wall feature remains in the plans so we continue to query it.
