Reason:

No objection. The application proposal is illegible & therefore there is limited information to facilitate our appraisal. However the available documents suggest little change to the external appearance of the property with the exceptions of an additional flue (to the side/ rear of it) & new signage. Provided the new signage/ branding is no more intrusive than the existing, then we are minded to approve it.
