Reason for objection:

Objection. A dormer window has previously been added by the applicant to the side of this end of terrace property to which planning officers have objected. The current application seeks to address this objection with a more sympathetic scheme. Although it is an improvement in certain respects, the effect of extending the roof line would upset the symmetry of the entire terrace and adversely affect the character & appearance of the local streetscape.
