A re-appearance of multiple applications. There are no longer any proposals for significant changes to the design of the street facing frontage. The application outlines the 4m extension to the back of the property only, the basic design of the overall extension follows through on the original build design, and is unremarkable.
The extension will be visible from the street on North and South facing viewpoints.
