This is a retrospective application which is concerning. In addition the quality of the submission (cf drawings) is poor &, in our view, should not have been validated by officers for consideration. Nonetheless, the alterations in question have been made to the rear of the property & do not intrude on neighbouring properties or the character & appearance of this conservation area.
