Reason:

We cannot comment on the licence extension - although revised opening hours of 11.00-05.00 seems excessive. No plans/ images have been provided here of the proposed works to the property & therefore we struggle to understand how this application was validated by officers for our review. There is an obvious lack of detail which means we are unable to comment on it at this stage.
