Reason for objection:

Objection. The design statement is lacking in detail and description of materials and design. The new proposal is for iron railings which are too high and would create an oppressive relationship with the public domain. In addition the railings should continue the full length of the frontage. Any other enclosures should be consistant in colour and more in keeping with the Victorian school buildings.
