While many of the alterations would not be visible from the street, the design features a rooflight on the front elevation which, although of conservation type, in our view would still be harmful to the character & appearance of this Victorian property, which contributes positively to the architectural and historic interest of the Conservation Area. The majority of the properties in this Conservation Area do not have rooflights on the front elevation.

Should this proposed feature be removed from the application, then the PA would be acceptable to us.
