Objection: we objected strongly to the original PA (00415/6) & find it incomprehensible councillors/ officers would support it in either its original or revised forms. We note that building work is already advanced and continue to believe it will do substantial harm to the setting of the neighbouring Grade 2 listed St Raphael's Church.
