Reason:
Difficult for CAAC to establish whether there is an existing use established.
Our concern will be the nature of the use in the future, the quality, quantity and appropriateness of the house/ commercial boats to be moored here, and how this will be controlled by RBK in an area which is already challenged by inappropriate proposals/ uses (ie Seething Wells filter beds/ dilapidated hostel boats, etc)
