Reason:
No objection to creating an annexe out of the existing triple garage, but there is no mention of any materials to be used for the roof being replaced, nor any mention of materials to be used to extend existing walls up to create the parapet.
Furthermore, if this is to be converted to be a usable space, it is presumed that there is currently no insulation to floor, walls or roof.
Knowing that this will not therefore satisfy building regulations, the applicant must indicate how they propose to insulate floor, walls and roof as this may impact appearance which is a consideration for this committee.
No indication of materials for windows other than obscured glazing.
