Reason:

Rather a mish mash of an area and building. Has a history of refused retrospective applications. The drawings do not make clear what the proposed external alterations are but the accompanying statement says that the proposed new window which was one of the reasons for refusal previously will match existing. as it will be constructed in materials and design that match the rest of the property and this appears to be the only external alteration proposed.
No objection.
