Reason for objection:

This is a heavy expansion and over development of an existing Arts & Crafts property (albeit extended previously) with a lack of sympathy for the original design & neighbouring properties. We would like to see a less ambitious scheme more in keeping with both. Proposal for replacement windows (in black aluminium frames) is however regarded positively.
