Reason for objection:

Objection unless revised as below. Whilst we commend the applicant’s intention to replace the existing fenestration & roof tiles with a scheme more in keeping with the original Victorian typology of the building, we do not support the use of UPVC fenestration in a CA when visible from the public realm nor would this comply with the LPA’s own guidance on development in CAs. The existing timber items to the front elevation of this property should be replaced with traditional timber sash units instead.
