Lack of detail. This application’s predecessor (23/02176/FUL) was objected to by the CAAC & refused by officers because of lack of detail on the proposed new windows. The latest application is more complete, with some drawings of the new conservation grade fenestration, but is missing its appendix containing the manufacturer’s detailed specifications.
