Lack of information/ detail. Only one document has been submitted by the applicant to support this application. Although it contains some details, it fails to include any CGIs/ visuals of the ‘big picture’ of proposed alterations & their impact, if any, on the external elevations of the building(s). Therefore we are unable to comment on it. Please confirm that Historic England is being consulted on the applicant’s intentions & has no objection.
