Reason for objection:

This marks the third house in this close this year to submit an application for window replacement. The CAAC commended the use of identical wood at No. 5 and expressed opposition to the wood-effect uPVC at No. 6. Despite the objection being acknowledged, the application was approved. The CAAC continues to advocate for like-for-like replacements and stands firm on its stance. It objects unless the proposal is amended to be like-for-like wood.
