We object in principle to this application.
These drawings are wholly inappropriate to allow any valid decision or opinion to be made. The applicant should appoint a suitably qualified professional to prepare drawings that are to scale and illustrate clearly how the accommodation will be used.
It is hard to see how drawings of such poor quality (there are no stairs shown between the two floors) could have been validated.
