Reason for objection:

SCAAC prefers that a sustainable material is used for the cladding that would be more appropriate wihtin the CA, as this is more appropriate in a CA. We support and encourage the green roof which is proposed as an option, however would prefer to see a bio-diverse roof as opposed to just sedum. The application, however should not be determined until impacts on trees are properly assessed.
