Reason:

This new PA follows subsequent pre-app advice from case officer but: 1) viability of new top floor/ attic 1x bed flat is questionable - better to re-purpose 2nd & 3rd floors into 1x 3x bed family duplex unit? 2) unclear that applicant has adhered to officer’s advice and reduced size of new rear dormer windows - NB no other neighbouring properties have rear dormers.
