Objection.
The proposed works to the front elevation of this property, notably the new dormer window to the side of the main roof & addition of a first floor extension above the existing garage, would be incongruous in nature, not subservient to & out of keeping with the character & appearance of the original Georgian residence & cause harm to the CA.
