Consistent with our approach to improving the quality of signage throughout the Old Town CA, we object to the use of acrylic lettering & internal illumination of lettering. The applicant should instead use natural or high quality metal materials & spot illuminations. The comparatives/ precedents cited in the DAS are irrelevant as all those businesses are outside the CA.
