Reason for objection:
Some trees will be lost and will have an impact on the conservation area and the golf course. This is a very large building on a small plot and it will be seen from the conservation area. There is no traffic management plan and this needs to be done so there is no detrimental effect on the conservation area. All works traffic should exit and enter via kingston hill. They should not park vehicles skips or materials in Renfrew road as there is enough space on the building site.
