Reason:

Proposed alterations and extensions to house will not have significant impact on overall appearance. New single storey garden building on rear boundary is low key timber clad but would involve loss of 4 trees: holly; Norway maple; sweet chestnut; and plum. Overall no objection to proposed building works.
