Reason for objection:

Objection. There are ten sets of replacement windows proposed, all in standard rather than conservation grade uPVC design. Conservation grade uPVC windows are now widely available on the market and should be used wherever possible. The design & access statement says other flats in the same block have used standard uPVC replacements but if so no associated planning applications have been seen by this Committee & therefore do not alter our objection to the current proposals.
