Reason:

Pub Outdoor drinking/eating area attached to south facing wall and abutting back of Westfield Road pavement. Currently used as parking space. Noise may be of concern to occupiers of house on opposite corner of Westfield Road as further uncovered tables and seating is shown - probably a licensing matter.

The canopy structure, other than the top of the roof pitch, will not be very visible from river or Portsmouth as the area is already obscured by garden shed and refuse area.

Basic lean-to structure with no architectural merit, but not very contentious either. Consider temporary consent?
