Reason for objection:
This is outside the conservation area but bordering on it. The plan is for a very large house on a very small site. The new building is on a raised site and will clearly be seen from the golf course, which is in the CA. There is no tree survey which is surprising. Maintaining a tree screen will be key to limiting the impact on the views of the CA and semi rural character. The loss of garden will have an impact on drainage issues already an issue in Renfrew Road. We would like to request a proper tree survey and would ask if it an area of archeological interest.
