Reason for objection:

Objection. As the applicant’s DAS states, this property does not sit in a CA. However, it does abut & is visible from the neighbouring Liverpool Road CA. In particular, the proposed increased roof height, addition of an incongruous new side dormer (to facilitate stairwell head room) & overly large new rear dormer, would not be in keeping with neighbouring properties & cause harm to the setting of the CA.
