No measurements given on revised plans, nor details of materials, nor details of lighting if any, such that this application may constitute development & require planning permission. This is a sensitive location, directly adjacent to Eagle Brewery Wharf which is to be greened-up separately. Any alterations to the Ram beer garden must harmonise with that scheme.
