Reason for objection:

We are concerned that the proposals constitute over development of an already constrained site.
Whilst we do not have any concerns about the additions to the existing building and indeed would welcome the improvements for cycle storage etc., we are concerned that the living environment for residents would be sub-standard and therefore inappropriate within a CA. The proximity of the new building to the existing properties will create a very uncomfortable relationship for residents and relying on features such as timber screens etc emphasises this and is in no way characteristic of architectural detailing found within the CA.
