Objection unless revised as below.
All new roof lights and fenestration should be Conservation Grade. This is not clearly stated in the application viz ‘painted timber sashes closely matched to style of existing with slimline glazing’. In addition, any modifications to the front boundary wall must be made with utmost care to reflect the fact it is listed in the CA appraisal as of townscape merit. In particular, the original Victorian terracotta capping stones should be re-used - this important detail is unclear from the published plans/ drawings.
