Reason:

No objection. But proposed front elevation would be (much) improved with a double, rather than single, front ‘door’ design. This would be more symmetrical & better-match the architectural rhythm of the host property. As this new feature would be visible from the public highway our suggested amendment would also be more in keeping with the character & appearance of the CA.
