Reason:

Proposal represents an improvement to the street scene.The proposed two storey extension will be constructed with second-hand London stock but no mention of what the windows are - should be conservation quality, timber ideally.

Currently there is a conservation grade ridge line with tiles of an interesting design which should be retained.
