Response to the updated application:
Issued on 10 Jan 2019
The proposed extension 2 the pub has now been withdrawn by the applicant. RBK queried KT CAAC’s objection 2 the store. After a lengthy & lively debate at its meeting on 9/1/19, KT CAAC decided to withdraw its objection 2 that. The revised decision - NO OBJECTION - has now been communicated to the RBK case officer concerned.
Response to the original application:
Issued on 17 Nov 2018
Reason for objection:
Re: extension to rear of main building - powder coated window frames onto the street at side are out of keeping with Victorian nature of the existing building and properties around it.
Materials and design should be consistent with existing materials of main building
Re: store - The character of the outbuilding will be totally lost if corrugated metal cladding is removed.
Building should not lose the existing partial 1st floor with the corrugated metal
