Reason:

Not in the Kingston Hill CA but adjacent to it and, within it, historic listed Galsworthy House. Proposal with planning permission in 2020 for care home being replaced by proposal for 14 flats to similar/same design and no change to frontage to Kingston Hill. Despite bulk and density, its design means it is not likely to impact on the adjacent CA. No objection.
