Reason:

No objection. This application follows 19/01481 which KTN CAAC had no objection to. This was because the AC unit in question would be screened from sight by an existing (large yew?) tree & there are already many other such units visible along the western boundary of the churchyard. We note the original application was refused by officers as being beyond the scope of LDP & requiring full planning permission. We maintain our 'no objection' to this new application.
