Reason for objection:

The CAAC do not object to this proposed change of use however the proposed shop front does not currently enhance the building.
We request that in order to create better and more appropriate architectural proportions to the shop front, that the glazing be adjusted to create narrower panels (eg 4 panels where there are currently 3) and that the door and adjacent glazing be similarly proportioned.
The introduction of appropriately design stall risers in the glazing and doors should be added as these are characteristic features of the CA.
