Reason for objection:

It is not possible to judge this application due to the inadequate quality of the annotation on the existing and proposed drawings, in particular it is not possible to gain a clear understanding what materials will be used and the proposed appearance. Eg what are the light brown lines (windows??) on the proposed rear elevation.
We are also unconvinced by the relationship with the adjacent property.
